The construction of Crescent Crossing is Phase I and the main focus of an ambitious $42 million construction project for Bethany Village. While we demolish an older building and auditorium to make way for our new assisted living building, plans are underway for the next phases, which will offer our residents even more care options and conveniences.

Pavilion Memory Care

After the completion of Crescent Crossing, modifications will be constructed to create a secure setting within the current Pavilion assisted living building for residents who need memory care assistance. Additional common household space will be created by eliminating one studio apartment on each of the two floors of the building. Other alterations will be made to facilitate dining exclusively for residents of the Pavilion. The conversion of the Pavilion will be completed in two phases. The first phase is expected to commence in January 2019 and be completed in March 2019. The second phase will begin in April 2019 and be completed by June 2019.

Vista Place Kitchen and Dining

Vista Place, our 10-story independent living apartment building will soon receive a major kitchen and dining room update. The project includes expanding and re-arranging the kitchen and replacing equipment to create more efficient workable space. The kitchen upgrades will allow greater flexibility to serve and support food needs of other parts of the campus and create the possibility of offering more varied dining options to all residents. Many common areas will also receive a facelift of new paint and furnishings.

As the needs of Bethany Village residents continue to expand, so will the exceptional amenities of our community. Want to join our welcoming neighbors? Call 937-433-2110 or simply leave us a note here.
